In addition to serving and retired Officers, sons and daughters of serving and retired defence service officers will also be eligible to acquire dwelling units from AHDC. The AHDC thus intends to open a new frontier of opportunity to the Defence Forces Officers and their children to avail top class housing options at affordable prices and is focused towards accomplishing this vision.

This rich experience in multifarious fields guarantee extensive research and market analysis at the project planning stage as well as adherence to stringent norms for selection of developers / Construction Company. AHDC also assures close monitoring to ensure quality control.
The process of conceptualization and implementation of the projects will be as follows:
Step 1 : Identification of location to suit specific requirement.
Step 2 : Finalization of design brief, number of dwelling units and specifications.
Step 3 : Appointment of developer / construction company to implement the project.
Step 4 : Initiate registration and booking process for sale of dwelling units.
Step 5 : Monitor construction progress and quality control standards of built up space.
Step 6 : Prepare a check list after final inspection of the dwelling unit and enable the purchaser in
smooth possession and take over.
Step 7 : Post sales services of maintenance and leasing at minimal additional costs.
