Particulars of applicant & expression of interest letter are required to be submitted along with the following documents:
- Copy of Release/Retirement Order (in case of retired/retiring officers).
- Copy of Pension Pay Order (PPO) (in case of retired personnel, widows and parents of unmarried fatal battle casualties).
- Copy of Death Certificate (in case of widows and parents of unmarried fatal battle casualties).
- Passport size photograph of the applicant.
- Bank Draft for Expression of Interest Deposit as per the type of dwelling unit opted for.

Choice of dwelling unit (Apartment) will be on first come first serve basis. This means that the purchaser will be at liberty to select the apartment at the time of payment of ‘Booking Amount’ i.e. (20% minus EOI deposit paid earlier).
